Benjamin P. Churchill was born in Columbus, Ohio. Ben graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2003. He went on to Capital University where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 2008. During his time at Capital, Ben worked for the Franklin County Prosecutor and Columbus City Attorney

Ben has fifteen years (15) of experience representing injured workers before the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and Ohio Industrial Commission. In addition, he has represented injured workers in various Ohio counties before the Court of Common Pleas in cases involving the injured worker’s right to participate in the Ohio Workers’ Compensation Fund.

Ben was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2008. Upon graduation, he entered private practice representing injured workers at Malek & Malek Law Firm from 2008 through 2020. He was admitted to the Southern District of Ohio Bar in 2011. Ben joined Cox, Koltak & Gibson, LLP as an Associate in 2021 and continues to focus solely on representing injured workers.
