About Attorney Peter Gibson
Peter has over 31 years of experience representing injured workers before the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Ohio Industrial Commission.
In addition, he has represented injured workers before the Court of Common Pleas of various Ohio counties, the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Ohio. Peter also has provided counsel and representation for applicants for Social Security Disability before the Social Security Administration.
Peter was admitted to the Ohio Bar and United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1992.
Peter joined the Law Office of Ronald J. Koltak as a Law Clerk in 1990. He was named an Associate of the firm in 1992. He was named a Partner in the law firm of Koltak & Gibson in 1997. He has been a managing partner at Cox, Koltak & Gibson since 2021.
